The Interreg North-West Europe funded E6 Project’s 2nd Meeting, titled "Evolving Ecosystems," will take place from October 1st to 3rd, 2024, in Furbo, County Galway, Ireland hosted by ERNACT core member Udaras na Gaeltachta. This meeting will bring together key stakeholders, project partners, and experts to explore the development of innovative RRR ecosystems that support sustainability and community growth.
Participants will be immersed in a variety of engaging activities, including keynote speeches, workshops, and site visits.
Day 1 will focus on an introduction to the Galway ecosystem and a detailed look at the progress of the E6 project. Attendees will have the chance to explore regional initiatives and participate in an interactive site visit to Casla, where they will engage in intervision sessions aimed at fostering collaborative learning.
Day 2 will feature dynamic workshops organized around core ecosystem themes, such as data management, flow management, awareness, business models, decision support, and the development of a one-service hub. These sessions will encourage participants to collaborate on practical solutions and share insights on how to create thriving ecosystems.
The final day will focus on policy and legislation, and will have inspiring presentations from leading organizations, including Voice Ireland, New2Me, and Repair & Share Foyle. Additionally, updates on Interreg communication and reporting will be provided, followed by a steering committee meeting to conclude the event.
This meeting offers a unique opportunity for project partners to deepen their understanding of ecosystem development and exchange ideas.
