Overview

Aim of Event

To bring project partners together for the first time and to recap on project workplan, roles, responsibilities and contribution required from each partner.

Set up the foundations for a successful cooperation project
Establish a common understanding of the project & review roles and responsibilities
Agree on immediate steps to launch the project

Description

This is the first meeting of the partnership and it is hosted by the ERNACT network, MINDSET lead partner. The steering group will be set-up alongside other relevant project tasks: plans, coordination of work-packages, generation of deliverables, project and financial reporting, quality standards, communication requirements, etc.

The meeting will also serve to discuss on the most immediate actions that will serve as a basis for the definition of the capacity building programme. Partners will have the opportunity to attend the Interreg Arctic Cooperation Clustering event on March 20th followed by the Kick-off Meeting on March 21st at the UCC Cork Centre for Architectural Education.
