Navigating Tomorrow: Harnessing AI & AR for your Business attendees at the ii
On March 8, the Inishowen Innovation Hub (theii) hosted the event 'Navigating Tomorrow: Harnessing AI & AR for your Business' as part of Donegal Local Enterprise Week 2024. The event witnessed a packed house as entrepreneurs and business innovators delved into the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR). The session provided a comprehensive exploration of the synergy between these technologies and their application in various business areas.

Attendees had the opportunity to engage with insightful discussions, practical tips, and invaluable learning opportunities aimed at equipping them with the tools to embrace the rapidly evolving business landscape.

Jose Manuel San Emeterio, Programme Manager at ERNACT, highlighted the support available through initiatives like Data2Sustain and the European Digital Innovation Hubs Network, emphasizing how businesses can leverage these resources to implement cutting-edge technologies effectively.

Liam Coyle, founder of BrandCanvas, an AI-powered design agency, shared profound insights into the use of AI for Design & Photography, while Jaime Caldwell, founder of Lead Inquiry (LI) Edu, shed light on the transformative role of AI in revolutionizing education, including leveraging tools like ChatGPT.

Maixa Zabaleta, Digital Comms Assistant at ERNACT, captivated the audience with an exploration of the Augmented Reality journey, showcasing innovative applications like the AR Ernie virtual assistant and immersive experiences at Donegal County Museum and Moreover, Caitriona Strain, General Manager at ERNACT, engaged attendees in a stimulating discussion on AI's transformative impact on public services, ethical considerations, and advancements in general AI for a smarter future.

The event at Inishowen Innovation Hub served as a platform for knowledge exchange, fostering collaboration, and inspiring businesses to embrace the possibilities presented by AI and AR.
