12 May 2026 - MINDSET  project
Webinar delivered by Ulf Hedestig
Yesterday, the MINDSET project hosted the webinar From Vision to Reality: The Fundamentals of Mission Oriented Innovation, introducing participants to a new MOOC focused on mission oriented innovation (MOI).

The session explored how MOI can help public authorities, organisations and communities address complex societal challenges through coordinated, mission driven approaches. Participants were presented with the structure and learning journey of the self-paced course, which covers the fundamentals of designing, governing and implementing missions at local, regional and organisational level.

The webinar also highlighted practical tools for formulating measurable mission statements, engaging stakeholders and managing implementation challenges.

The MOOC is aimed at policymakers, project managers, innovation practitioners and community actors interested in developing mission oriented approaches to sustainability and societal transformation.
