The Public Link is a preparation action project proposal aiming at citizen empowerment and radical improvement of citizens’ access to public services through people centric digital transformation for fair and competitive economy and sustainable society.

This includes the use of Virtual / Augmented Reality (VR/AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning-based approaches that, twin with co-creation methodologies, will be run by public service providers from 6 different EU regions and tested with their citizens in online, virtual living labs on a transnational basis in fields like public transport, smart planning, health and informative services to visitors/users/costumers.
