The aim of the project is to:

Contribute to Eliminating the digital divide between rural and urban areas in the Northern Periphery by boosting the usage of more advances ICT services

Specific objectives are to:
  • Create a vision of how ICT can assist create an attractive rural lifestyle in 2013 to guide strategy development in rural areas in the future.
  • Raise awareness among the tourism sector, local and municipal authorities of the benefits of advanced ICT services.
  • Implement the more advanced eServices in the project regions.
